The information roof structure can only be placed on non-residential stand-alone buildings, at the actual location (location of activities) of the organization. At the same time, this organization must be the only 100% owner or tenant of the entire building. It is also necessary to know that there are restrictions on the height of roof structures, which directly depends on the height of the building itself. So, for buildings with a height of 1-3 floors, the height of the roof structure can be no more than 1.8 m, for 4-7 storey objects - no more than 3 m, for 8-12 storey objects - no more than 4 m, for 13-17 storey objects - no more than 5 m, for buildings with a height of 18 or more floors - no more than 6 m. The length of the roof installation must not exceed 50% of the length of the roof.
