Exhibition stands

An exhibition booth is a limited area allocated to persons representing a certain brand or promoting a company's name to demonstrate products or types of services on the territory of exposition centers.

Types of exhibition stands:
Modern trends in exhibition design demonstrate a variety of types of exhibition stands. Moreover, the more original the project, the easier it is to attract visitors to the stand, the higher the prestige. The status of an exhibition stand is especially important for companies that are market leaders. Such organizations often occupy places nearby in the most advantageous areas of the exhibition space, and therefore the originality and attractiveness of the stand often play a decisive role in increasing the number of visitors to the exposition.

The exhibition stand should optimally perform its main functions:

  • providing demonstration of goods and services of the organization
  • demonstration of the corporate identity of the company
  • attracting the attention of visitors
  • formation of a negotiation zone and an information zone, which are the main channels of communication with the target audience.

All these marketing and communication tasks can only be accomplished if the booth design combines aesthetic appeal, ergonomics and functionality.

Since the stand is analogous to the office within the framework of the exhibition concept, the atmosphere on the rented exhibition space must be appropriate, that is, there must be not only leaflets, promotional materials, but also trained staff, meeting places and drinks - all this reflects the corporate culture, which in creating both regular and potential customers is associated with both the company and the brand. That is why the preparation for participation in the exhibition must be carried out very carefully so that all participants of the exhibition fix the right association, which allows not only to receive contracts from consumers, but also to build confidence in the brand, as well as increase its recognition.

Types and types of exhibition stands As for the types of stands, the following can be distinguished:
  1. Standard
  2. Non-standard
  3. Exclusive
  4. Mobile

Especially popular are mobile stands, which are easy to assemble and easy to transport. As for exclusive options, for example, two-story structures, they allow you to draw additional attention to the exposition without spending money on advertising on media inside the exhibition hall.

The types of exhibition stands depend on the location of the walls of the stand and the configuration of the exhibition area itself:
  • Linear - this option is located along a row of stands, one side remains open for review. This is the most common type of booth, since this is where most of the rented exhibition areas are located.
  • Corner - such a stand is located at the intersection of the aisles, so that 2 sides remain open. A feature of this configuration of the exhibition space may be its square shape.
  • Peninsular — the combination of two corner platforms allows you to get a peninsular type of stand — three walls remain open, which provides an excellent overview of everything that is located on the territory of the site, ideal for demonstrating large-sized equipment.
Island - such a stand is open from all sides.
